Terms & Conditions for DEMAZIN Pharmacy Assistant Activity

1. Eligibility: Entries are open to all pharmacy staff located in New Zealand.
2. Submission Criteria: Entries will only be automatically submitted once all questions have been answered correctly via the online portal.
3. How to Enter: To participate, correctly pair the “customer common query” with the correct DEMAZIN product/s to recommend on the competition webpage. Access the webpage by scanning the QR code printed on the front page of the Power Trainer, or by visiting https://demazin.co.nz/paquiz
4. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered by your Radiant Health Representative during their visit to your store.
5. Prize Details: Each winner will receive one Prezzy Card valued at $50. There are a total of fifty Prezzy Cards available as prizes.
6. Ancillary Costs: Any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable.
7. Competition Dates: The competition will be available online from 1 April 2026 and will close for entries on 30 June 2026.
8. Prize Distribution: There are 50 prizes in total, with 10 prizes allocated per Radiant Health Pharmacy Representation Territory.
9. Prize Conditions: The prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the Prezzy Card supplier.
10. Winner Selection: Prize winners will be randomly selected on Monday, 5 July 2026.
